Does anyone know all of the withdraw symptoms of effexor (not xr)?!

Question: Does anyone know all of the withdraw symptoms of effexor (not xr).?
This morning my left arm started getting tingly, when i bald up my fist it felt like i was pinching nerves and for 1 hr after that my left arm went completely numb from my finger to my shoulder for an hour (no chest pain). was wondering if any one knew the other-withdraw symptoms of this med. I'm going from 300 mg - 275- 150- 75. now my doc put me on 37.5. I was worried because I am a stay at home mom with a 1 1/2 yr old and I need to be able to take care of her. M t doc told me it was withdrawal , is there any more symptoms I should know about.?
Please, helpful answers only, I'm getting tired of smart a** coments from people who have nothing better to do than put other people down.

This is what the "official" Effexor website says about discontinuing Effexor:

When people suddenly stop using or quickly lower their daily dose of Effexor XR, discontinuation symptoms may occur. Talk to your doctor before discontinuing or reducing your dose of Effexor XR

Another site (see below) says agitation, confusion and more' plus sensory disturbances (including shock-like sensations)Health Question & Answer

I experienced trembling and a strange tingly feeling in my head. I suppose it could be different for different people. Try going to a web site for effexor (maybe google) and research the withdrawal symptoms or side effects. The strange tingly feeling in my head was the last symptom to go. Health Question & Answer

i was on effexor and took myself off w/o the doc's help ... i had no nerve problems as you described, but if your sleeping has gone wonky, you could be cutting off circulation for long periods at night leading to these symptoms ...

the biggest symptom I noticed was that I was pretty much emotionally out of control for about 1-2 weeks ... I cried over EVERYTHING ... then my body readjusted and I was fine ...

good luck!Health Question & Answer

There's a book on withdrawal 'The Antidepressant Solution' by Joseph Glenmullen, which includes information on the withdrawal symptom range.Health Question & Answer
