Question: Can you give me tips on confidence and self acceptance.?

have low confidence and i dont really like what i see when i look in the mirror. my confidence is even stopping me from talking to this girl tha i really like and she likes me. i feel i dont look good enough for her. can you help me. i also think my forehead is humongous and that it makes me ugly. i want to raise my confidence so i can be the real me because im really wild and crazy and outgoing and i want to be that around people i dont even know. can you help me. im not looking to get comoliments or for online appraisal i really want to work on my confidence.
