First let me thank you for serving our country I have suffered from PTSD I needed to talk with a therapist for years the memories will never go away but you will learn to cope with them I'm so sorry your going through this you have all my respect however it's people like you that make sure my family can lay our heads down in peace at nights once again thank you Health Question & Answer

I've heard good reports about NLP and EMDR (eye movement desensitization something) for this. I personally would choose NLP. You'll be able to find a practitioner on google, make sure it's a reputable one though.
