Lately I've been having a lot of trouble with my mind, it's can drive me crazy some times, And I have depression and anxiety. And I dont really have much stress in my life though, It's more mental like mental stress. But I want to know who do I talk to for my Frustrations, A Physiologist, Therapist, Physicist, Cause I don't really know the difference. I just need some one to talk too that can get me threw my mental frustrations.
