Question: Life was in right direction until now.?
Ok so I had a hard "younger years", and I'm 15 now. Now, my life isn't as hard as it used to be. I weighed about 172 and I was 5'4. Now I am 143 and 5'6 and slightly muscular. Recently, I've just been thinking about giving up.. and it's hard to explain why, but I think it's because I'm obsessed with a girl. I'm so obsessed with her that I'm at the point where I don't want to like her anymore, and I don't know how to. I don't want to talk to her about it either. also, I feel that my friends have all been improving at hobbies we all do together like skateboarding and parkour, but I haven't. I feel that my social life is taking a wrong turn, and I want to fix it. Right now my room is a mess, and usually its very clean. Things aren't in the right place. I usually eat no sweets whatsoever, and recently I've had jackinthebox, 2 brownies, and soda (I've eliminated all of this). My friends used to call me to hang out all the time, but now I usually call them and ask them what they're doing to go hang out with them. I got a horrible grade on my chemistry test.. and I thought I completely aced my trig test and i got a B- on it.. Usually I'm an A student. I've stopped brushing my teeth recently for some reason. My heel has a bruise on it so I can't do anything too physical. My t-shirts are a size L and i'm a M so I look fat in my clothes. I hate my hairstyle. I think I'm self conscious about the way I look because I look at myself in any mirror I see to make sure I look okay. Lots of my body is sore right now, in addition to me having a runny rose, and cough. Sorry for so much ranting, but I need some advice on what to do with myself.?Health Question & Answer

Alright, First... the easy stuff
Get a haircut that makes you feel better about the way you're looking.
Ask your parents for a little clothing money, and get some clothes that fit you better, parents aren't always loaded with cash, if they say they can't afford it, just ask them to come with you then, and you'll find just a few inexpensive items. This will also make you feel better.

A lot of times you have to use energy to get energy. Even if you don't feel like it, go into your room, clean it to perfection, then go brush your teeth, take a shower, put on an outfit that you feel you look your best in, and call up a friend to come over and hang out with.

We all get into spots where we just don't feel as good as we could, and we let things go, like our rooms being clean, or ourselves, school work, or work lacking true attention, when you get in these spots, you're lucky that you are able to recognize it and take action.

The only thing you really can do right now, is to take action. I know you've got a cold, and a sore foot, but you'll feel so much better when you and your environment are clean, that it will really be worth the effort to you.

You really need to talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist soon. Puberty is hard and your emotions running wild don't help. I had a hard time in my yearly teen years and talking to some one helped.Health Question & Answer

make up your mind, set new goals.. goals that would make you a better person and a worthy individual.Don' t make things harder for you.Be happy and be contented with what you have. Go on with your life and don't care much about how other people look at you, as long as you are pleasing in God's eyes, and you are not hurting other people,then do what you're supposed to do. Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit so you should take good care of it. Fix yourself and your physical look, it's not necessary that you should be eye catching or head turner, just try to look good so you would feel good.

I know how u feel, I have Depression and when I was your age I wanted to die and I already tried killing my self, I was not tall, same size you are, I was not good with girls and If I did had a girlfriend, it only last a week :(, I couldn't control my poop, so I poop on my self a lot of times, I got that fix after 20 years, I was in the special ed in my middle school, I can't spell, right Now no job, Kidney failure, and about a week ago my girlfriend of 3 years breaks up with me and 2 days ago I was going to Kill My Self, but I didn't, Your a smart kid and A good one, and good that your here ask for help because every one here cares, I really do because I been there, No matter how u feel people care about U, So what if you don't get better a skateboarding or other stuff, I never got good a skateboarding too LOL, and Try to talk to that girl u like, I know Its hard, And You can make it, Your Young and if u need any more help just ask usHealth Question & Answer

way you do about themselves.. So if you have a positive attitude around them,

All you have to do is... pick up the brush and put toothpaste on it and brush your teeth, it only takes a few minutes. Spit and gargle and spit again and ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Well get a new hairstyle. Shave it off and be bald head. LOL!!!

Well everybody look at themselves in the mirror, even
my dog run to the mirror and see what she looks like every time I trim her hair.
Maybe you need to relax your body.
