for the last couple of years ive lived mostly on alcohol, with no more than 800 food calories a day. im planning to cut that down to 400. how long will it take to kill myself this way.? Health Question & Answer

A long time. You will be malnourished and sick, but you won't die of starvation. More likely, it'll be a while before your liver shuts down. I'd give it a year or two, if you can keep it up. What an awful thing to do. Read about serious alcoholics. Most stop eating in order to drink, and then see how long they live and what their quality of life is like. Health Question & Answer
i quit drinking 4 years ago and i struggled with alcohol and drugs for many years and one thing i see from your question is that you dont want any help you saying that is not a cry for help you just want sympathy so why dont you get some balls and quit like i did or go on and keep drinking because it will kill you and for your sake i hope it is fast and you dont have to suffer when you are an alcoholic death is much better than the suffering but even better than that is getting well and realizing how beautiful life is so good luck it is your choice live or dieHealth Question & Answer
What the hell is so bad that you want to drink yourself to death for. I drink with my husband everynight til I feel relaxed enogh that I don't care about how bad things are but never enough to die. There are people who do care, understand, would be hurt if you do die, and that can help you. Grab on to our helping and careing words and let someone help you. PLEASE! Health Question & Answer

I don't see why anyone would even ask this kind of question..
But I suppose If you ask you expect answer..
So you will probably live a bit..but the thing is you might get damage all over your body and then you will realize how stupid it was to drink so much alcohol. My grandma has got cancer and she is in hospital because of drink. They said she wont live long enough for Christmas.
