Anyone on Citalopram?!

I am on it right now. I have just started taking it. It has been 2 weeks today actually for me. It has worked for me so far, but I think I have been lucky the list of side effects for it is LONG. I have always had mood swings before, so I wouldn't be able to tell the difference for that. It does take a few weeks though to work. Health Question & Answer

I was on this about 6 months ago along with seroquel. I was taken off it around 2 months later. It was not good for me, made me feel worse than i was being on it.

If it lasts more than 6/9 weeks then i would suggest you talk to the dr about it.

Ive been on it for 6 years . It was one of the easiest to tolerate for me but everyone is different. Maybe you need a mood stabiliser too - I dont think the drug causes that. I am on a nood stabiliser, lamotrigene
