dont worry, i know exactly how you feel. i've been there and it sucks. try getting a rubberband and snapping it on your wrists or calling a friend. watching t.v., takes your mind off things, coloring is good, reading, painting your nails, organizing your closet, soaking your legs (my personal favorite)

I'm having the same problem. I haven't cut in a year and I'm thinking about it a lot. I found out that something was going wrong in my life. I was having more flashback and nightmares.
