I really probably get a lot of criticism over this answer, but I suggest that you go to see a physician as soon as possible today. The effects of cocaine can differ from person to person. A major headache is not a normal symptom of one night's use. Cocaine is a potentially fatal drug even with one dose--it can cause aneurysms and heart irregularities which might (don't panic) be the cause of the headache. It almost certainly was "cut" with some other, usually unknown, substance to which you may be reacting. This is just not a good situation, and I strongly suggest that you have a physician check this out more carefully. Good luck!Health Question & Answer
