Why is my mood so wierd?!


Question: Why is my mood so wierd.?
ive been diagnosed with mild depression.. and ive got to know a few girls atm and i like a few of them.. how come that whenever im talking to one of them my mood is either really happy and i fancy them.. then it turns to me not liking them at all and jus bein reli depressed.. these mood swings can happen as quickly as 10 minutes apart.. it drives me crazy lol.. anyone have them too.? or any info on how to keep it always happy or moderately happy.?Health Question & Answer

it's cause your paying your full attention and full reaction to them, you let them take you wherever or whatever they want to talk about, so in this case, it exercises the mind (which makes us smile) and then.. when all that is gone, everything is back to stillness, however, your minds wants more and more amusing things to thinks about and this is where the problem begins.

When you talking to somebody, do not fully react to the situation, moderate would probably be prefered however, being and knowing your inner self would be your great assistance and guidance into this sort of situation and in the same time, it will set you free from your mind sets.
