A lot of teens' want to learn how to cope with stress. Each person is individual and have different coping mechanisms. One very important thing is there are a lot of external things, such as work, school,family commitments and, other stress-related influences that affect the way we cope with every day life.

Stress emerges for young people as they enter adolescence, a transition that brings rapid socioemotional changes.

1. Is my health at a good standard, are there underlying problems that need to be checked, some women are deficient in vitamin b12 which is important for stress relief.

2. Are there any factors in my life that are causing me considerable anxiety, if so then you need to take steps to eradicate the problems. Once those problems are removed then you will feel more at ease and less stressed.

3. Long term stress can cause serious side effects like depression, anxiety, and insomnia. This could lead to serious problems if a person does not look carefully at the root of the problem. Overall it is best not to feel helpless, it is better to map out how you are going to solve the way you deal with stress.

4. There is no quick fix to de-stressing, it takes time and you must not only care for your health but the health of your mind as well. A positive outlook is helpful, but in the end you have to decide where the stress is orginates from and how you are going to relieve it.

5. Regular exersise is very important as well, after we exersise the brain release endorphins, giving us a euphoric state. Over a period of time this becomes beneficial to the body as well as the mind. Not to mention the "seratonin", which is a natural feel good drug within the brain as well.

7. There a many ways to relieve yourself from everyday stress, but you have to be committed to helping yourself otherwise you will find that you have not achieved anything at all. After a period of time you will discover the benefits of being aware of how much control you really do have over your own life - "And your stress".

Sometimes eating, sometimes Yahoo Answers, I ride my horse or start cleaning my house like crazy. I am having a tough time dealing with stress right now though. I am sorry you are going through this, try to remember how temporary school is, try to eat something, and keep exercising. I hope things get better. Try to, sit down and put your hands on whatever your sitting on and close your eyes and breath in through your nose and out your mouth and count down from 10, I know it sounds weird but it works it puts you in some what of a hypnosis like state.

or go to a shooting range
also playing aggressive tackle sports like football helps! ^_^
