I feel disoriented? and like i'm not here?!
Question: I feel disoriented.? and like i'm not here.?
Sometimes out of no where I can be shopping or somewhere and I will feel like I'm not here, like I am having an out of body experience. I feel sort of disoriented. What could be causing this.? Please only SERIOUS answers only.Health Question & Answer

its derealization or depersonalization i get it all the time is so weird and surreal some times it happens when im at home its like your not in your own body and when you go to pick a glass up its like its not your hand pickin it up i told my doctor about it and she said its coman and not nice but its nothing to worry about iv also looked it up on the web and its very comman just type in derealization or depersonalization in google and you will get lots of info Health Question & Answer
That can happen if you smoke too much weed. I don't know about any other drugs that do that, but that's just because I don't do any of that. So, if you're smoking up, I suggest you cut back significantly. If you're doing anything else, maybe it's just a bad idea.
If none of the above applies to you, maybe just try and think when this all started and decide if you should call a doctor. Is it bad, something you might consider an "attack.?" Is it hallucinatory, or even close to that.? Do you freak out when it happens, or are you alright to continue on with your buisiness.? I get like that sometimes. Im not sure what caused it but everytime I do get like that it's because I had a lack of sleep the night(s) before. Im not positive that was the problem but it makes you really really confused. I've had it for at least 2 weeks in my life added up. Health Question & Answer
