Hello! Fits in your sleep - absolutely not!

What you have actually experienced is a form of astral travel. In this case, the trip you describe was simply your astral body returning to your physical. Everyone travels astrally, but many people just don't realise what is happening.

Nothing to worry about: this is a perfectly normal phenomenon.

I do hope this helps and reassures you.

Ag, I hate it when that happens. I get a falling sensation just as I'm dozing off, it makes me feel so sick :S

I'm sure you aren't having a fit, lol, just your imagination xHealth Question & Answer

You probably did shake in your sleep. I've had that happen. I wake up like twitching or kicking like I was in my sleep.Health Question & Answer
