Hormones are definitely a part of it, and being alone is hard at your age. I agree with those folks who suggested you cook something, watch a film, read, or play a game.

It's ok.. it's normal..
some people going through that process when they are growing up..
so it's perfectly normal..
it's just that you feel lonely and need friends or somebody to be around.. :D
try to do something else, try not to think about it..
when you're busy with something, you'll forget about it..
anyway, if you can't, that's ok.. it's natural..
