no it is not dangerous. you feel that way tho. i know, it can feel like you are going to die, like u might just pass out. but anxiety will not kill you, i've had more than my fair share of anxiety i'd long be dead if that was the case.

typical anxiety attacks last for a few minutes at most. when someone has an anxiety attack, they may feel as if they can't breathe, but that doesn't mean that physically they actually stop breathing. you won't stop breathing during an anxiety attack so you won't come to any harm.

try not to worry about this, it is a vicious cycle and worrying about it will make it worse.

if you haven't done so already, try and get some help. anxiety is more common than you think and there are a lot of specialists who are very experienced in strategies to decrease anxiety
