Sounds like you just get fixated on things really easily. Doing that can be a bad thing or a good thing just depending on how you turn it around. Think of it as your a REALLY caring person, and thats a good thing :). It means your human and have feelings and theres nothing wrong with that you just seem to have you know alittle more then everyone else. Health Question & Answer

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced... you have that "learned behavior" in your mind. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction... There are several other techniques to help cope them!
Ok, to use Distraction: Firstly, try to....

Yes you worry too much and when it comes to your loved one it sounds like a bit of jealousy / obsession. I used to worry a lot like that too. try to find a professional to talk with. My therapist asked me what kind of super powers I have that can change the outcome .? I comes down to knowing what you can or cannot control. Love them and always treat them as if it were your last day on Earth , but realize that somethings are out of your control.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,... Health Question & Answer

well I do not know if any of what I say will help you but I have overcome most of my anxiety problems and still am overcoming a few still.

I think it is almost natural to worry about someone that you care deep;y about. However, when it starts inferring with your health and the way you go about you daily life, its a problem. I think you need to keep reassuring yourself you are fine because you do not to have this develop into an anxiety disorder or a panic disorder, It almost seems its getting to that point. The best advice to give you is to reassure yourself and call him up every now and then. I mean at first you call him alot of times, but as time goes by decrease the numbers gradually and soon you will have built up even assurance you wont need to worry about him past that "normal" level. If he doesn't answer just leave a message or if he has a voice mail call his one again to listen to his voice.

I hope this will help you alittle bit. But like I said before, try to find a way to get past it before it gets to be a custom thing and you develop an disorder. My help might not help you because everyone is different but I am sure someone will have the right thing to do to correct this, if my suggestion does not work. Keep in mind the process of this will happen slowly and you might have some relapses...but its worth it to gain back your life.Health Question & Answer
