Question: How can I release some frustration/tension.....?
between work , my cheater of a boyfriend and being sick with mono, I could go crazy. How can release tension.?Health Question & Answer

I would start with getting rid of the cheater boyfriend, then just concentrate on getting better. Mono is very debilitating. I think if you just got rid of the frustration of the boyfriend, you would begin to feel less stressed.

I once wrote down all my frustrations and then I went into the backyard and set the papers safely on fire...as the papers burned so did the last of my frustrations. You could also just get a punching bag and punch and kick the heck out of it.Health Question & Answer
