Yes you can be free. It doesn't matter how long you have been suffering from anxiety. You must not simply go on coping with this condition. You must embrace the opportunity now to change all of that today.

I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for almost a decade and also tried different treatments (but all were just temporary solutions- the panic attacks always came back). You need to go after the root cause of the problem (enter my blog to learn more). You can do it.

It is so very important to remove these self imposed limitations and get rid of the anxiety that is holding your life back from its true potential. Good luck and start living the life you dream!Health Question & Answer

My mother was frigging nuts when I was a kid,on all sorts of different drugs.
I was used to her being a zombie.
Life went on and I grew up.
Last year my father died and I had myself a lil break down....ok a BIG Break down.
I checked myself into a nut house to get help .All they did was put me on pills.
I was talking to my mother one night after the hospital an d she sounded sane!!
I was shocked.I asked her how she went from being Crazy to what she is now and she told me she quit taking the meds the Drs.gave her.
Shew is only taking Dezeral Now and shes doing wwonder full
I stayed on my pills for 6 months then stoped taking them and I feel much better than I have in a long time.
The death of my father brought up some aweful childhood mmemory'sso it was easier to be doped up all the time.

cognitive behavioral therapy to help work through that which causes you anxiety and to learn tools to work through the anxiety when it starts to come on. Medications can't help your brain adjust the way that CBT can. Health Question & Answer
