Anyone know what can keep me awake at school?!


Question: Anyone know what can keep me awake at school.?
Well, I"m bout to have only 4 hours of sleep because of some hard labor work. Anyone know how I can keep myself up for the rest of the school day.?

NO caffine, it hurts me and I don't like it.

Not much really you can do about that. The human body relies on sleep to regain all our energy.

But here are some suggestions.

- Try not to waste to much energy! -- try not to run, or go in the sun too much, for we all know that it is exhausting!

-Eat some sugar, for me this is the last on my list for it is very unhealthy. But it tends to keep you hyperactive which obviously keeps you awake.

-Fill up with energy food, like fruits and chocolate! Chocolate is great!

-Don't spend to much time walking around have a seat!

-And lastly, when you get home, take a nap immediately to regain energy.

Well i sleep about 3 hours every night mainly because i have a hard time falling asleep. i end up falling asleep in school. i would keep something like water with you and when ur in class put a little on ur hand and rub it on your face (cold water). we arent aloud to do that in HS at my school.
