well dotn study to hard it isnt that freaking hard. The parts that might get you are the electrical (it will show you schematics know what each item on a schematic represents) IE resistors, powersupplies... They will also ask you mechanical questions if wheel A. turns this way what way will wheel B. turn. That is really the only stuff i hadnt seen in HS before. DOnt stress you will do fine. work on the GT score the most if you want to do anything technical in the military you will have to have a good GT score.Health Question & Answer

OK, I'm going to say this bluntly and I'm sorry if its too direct. If you are stressing this bad over the ASVAB then maybe you are not cut out right now for the military. I'm assuming you are trying to enlist because I've never heard of an officer taking the ASVAB (not that I couldn't be wrong) but I assure you boot will be much more stressful than taking that test.

If this is a question of wanting a score to get a certain MOS and its a matter of just being a poor test taker thats one thing. If its not just test anxiety then maybe the MOS you are looking for really isn't the right one for you. They use scores as a guide because they are general predictors of whether someone can handle the rigors of the training for that particular field.

What I would recommend is getting a question book, sitting down and taking the test in your room using the prescribed time limit. Score the test and see how you did and why you missed what you did. If its just a careless mistake thats one thing but if this is a deficit in knowledge I would rethink the MOS and/or why you are joining.Health Question & Answer
