Answers:
staying up for 18+ hours isn't so bad, especially at your age :) drinking mountain dew always works for me. also, try chewing cinnamon gum; i read in a time magazine that it helps drivers who make long communes to work stay awake. as far as energy drinks are concerned; i'd stay away from those. they make you feel awake for a few hours, then crash soon afterwards.Health Question & Answer

the worse thing to do is take energy shots because after a few hours you are so sleepy. Splash some cold water on your face now and then do not lay on the couch, sit on the floor and watch exciting or scary movies! Do not read any books. Do not drink coffee or eat anything that is pretty sugary. Take a bath. Wash your hair good. make a really good meal that takes forever to make. Do not do anything to big like run.
Good luck!!!Health Question & Answer
