Tomorrow i have a dialogue to do in class and i am freaking out. i don't stutter but i just freeze and it makes me look stupid. what can i do to not feel less nervous.? can someone please help me.?.?.?.?.?Health Question & Answer

just don't think about it now make sure you sleep well and then you'll feel better in the morning. lie in bed and physically try to relax put some soothing music like classical on and tell yourself to relax your toes breathe in breathe out your feet breathe in breathe out etc.

tomorrow - you know how in movies they say to picture people in only their underwear.? (my sister can't do this it makes her laugh to hard she's already a nervous giggler lol) well anyway if it works for you try it. i also suggest looking over people's heads not making eye contact but also faking that you're interacting with the audience. when you think about it in your opinion you'll look stupid if you freeze so aim not to. its all about positive thinking and keeping yourself calm beforehand. just breathe slowly and deeply and remember that you have a task to do...i'm assuming it's being marked in which case the marks are your goal so blank out the fact that your class is there and get the best mark possible. Try doing some breathing exercises before you're about to do your dialogue. Have a warm drink and some breakfast in the morning. also, make sure you get a good amount of sleep tonight, try having a bath beforehand.
