Why ask why.? Propranolol(inderal) is good for you because it doesn't cause addiction and valium only works short term before you get a tolerance and have to take more and more to get the same effect. I take propranolol extended release once a day and lexapro and I don't have anxiety anymore. I got myself into all sorts of trouble with valium and xanax and ativan. Got arrested and everything.
