I just had a major epiphany today (walking home from school) about that. I realised that I (someone who is usually extrememly shy) am only self-confident around either people I know really well and trust explicatly (not the epiphany part) OR when I'm talking to someone who I feel is 'beneath' me.

This ephiphany is leading me to do some soul-searching - because I DO NOT want to be the kind of person who is only out-going when they think they are better than someone else. Health Question & Answer
