No. Your wearing a tank top does not give someone permission or justification to assault you.
You might talk with the rape crisis center in your area about this. There is no justification for rape - ever.

Well, that depends, a guy is responsible for his own actions, that much is true. But that doesn't exclude the fact that you were still wearing that kind of clothing. There is an old saying that goes, "if your not in business, then don't advertise." Basically, if you don't want a guy looking at you like that, or don't want to put it into his head, then don't dress that way. I don't think that, this kind of clothing is appropriate for a concert. Certain situations, where you are around a lot of friends, or at a family gathering maybe, or the beach perhaps. I'm a guy, and I like to look when a girl wears clothing like that, even if it's a glance, but I hold my actions. Some guys don't have that much control, so if you don't want that to happen again, I would suggest maybe rethinking your wardrobe. NO NO NO NO NO!!!!! Every girl likes to wear flirty clothes now and then. It does not give anyone permission to touch. They may look, but touching is an invasion, and is unacceptable. Get that idea out of your head right now. Even if you were walking around naked, no one is allowed to touch you without your consent.
