Question: Why cant you breathe during a panic attack.? do you really "panic".?
whats happening in a panic attack.? i read its fight or flight situation where ur adrenaline runs, is that true.? adn if it is, shouldnt we feel extremely powerful and not HORRIBLE during one since all the adrenaline is pumpin.? lol please explain all this to me, thank you!Health Question & Answer

It is an Adrenalin rush like something terrible has happened, not like something good. You do not really panic but your body reacts just as it would as if something extremely traumatic happened, It comes out of the blue which only makes it feel worse.

Mine started out as an astma attack. I didn't panic but my body seemed to feel like I was. You start to hyperventilate like you are in shock and then your body aches which starts to scare you and it does happen randomly which sucks. Health Question & Answer

You are able to breathe but the breathing is just a lot heavier and a billion times faster. At first it feels like you are trapped and you cant get out.. so you start to panic..then breathe fast, fast heart beat, shake, etc.Health Question & Answer
