When someone has blinds on their house to block the light which is ok, BUT they also stick/put taped up paper and foil on the actual windows.? Their home is pitch black inside, and you need a couple lights on even in morning to see around their place.? Is this normal.?Health Question & Answer

I actually used to do this, I used to put up black garbage bags over all windows, would not open any windows to let air come in or anything. didn't want any light coming in either. I was just really depressed and would not go outside or even open my door! It isn't normal, luckily I came out of it! I think it is called Agoraphobia, associated with panic attacks! Fear of not wanting to leave the house, is what that is! but some also put stuff over their windows to prevent light in!Health Question & Answer
