Yes you will,but you have to relax when you lay down.Dont have all the thoughts of the day running through your head.Just try to clear you mind,and listen to your breathing,in and out.And that is all you think and do and sooner or later you will fall asleep.Dont keep thinking i want to sleep.Good luck.Health Question & Answer

Have you considered talking to your doctor about this.? If you are suffering from depression, please get help. lack of sleep is a major factor for depression. I work at a state mental hospital, and take care of people that suffer from major depression. Please talk with your doctor. There is medications that your doctor can give you to help sleep. For people that suffer from depression and do not sleep well, they may put you on seriquil. I took it for a while and it really helped.Health Question & Answer

yes you will. I would actually suggest if you can't sleep to stay up friday night really late until you're feeling really tired and lay down and just close your eyes. A way that helps me fall asleep then is to think about something that is really fun. For example, I don't skate, but I imagine what it would be like if I was really good. Shreddin' up the poles, doin' crazy stairs, etc. and I begin to lose myself and before I know it, it's morning.
