Why do I not want to sleep?!


Question: Why do I not want to sleep.?
I 've had about 11 hours sleep in the past 48 hours. Im so tired but can't put my self to bed. I keep finding or start looking for things to do. Health Question & Answer


Answers:
My guess is that you are undergoing some stress that is disrupting you your deisre to sleep. The outside world is filled with distractions, some of them subtle, some of them not so subtle. When the distractions are over, you are left with thoughts that might be troublsome.

You might want to talk to a counselor or therapits about this. There is also some chance that you are undergoing some physical change; so seeing a doctor might be a good precaution.
