theres no easy way, if you want help, then tell someone you trust to actually help you. show them if you cant find the words. its not an easy thing to say, but people might not react as badly as you think they might. and i know that people dont do it for attention, but some people think that, so choose someone like a good friend who will support you. try to explain if you can, people might react badly because they are scared or dont understandHealth Question & Answer
