Question: I think I'm depressed. Can you please help.?
I've been down for weeks now and my friends are so concerned. I don't know what is wrong with me. Different things set it off, dissapointment, anger, jealousy, happiness, and holpefullness. I cry for no reason (NO it's not pms) I'm not happy. I really do think I have depression. I can't eat, and when I do, I feel like I'm going to puke. I haven't eaten anything in the last 2 days, but I'm not hungry. I can't sleep, and now I'm getting horrible grades. I'm only thirteen, but can you please help me.? I think they're is something seriously wrong with me. PLus, I don't know how to tell my mom all this.

just tell your mom this
i'm sure she has been noticing the differences in you lately
go talk to a counselor and or a psychiatrist
they will ask you a lot of questions
and diagnosis you with something if you have something
just knowing that you have something
and that there is help out there
will make you feel so better
and if you need medication and counseling
than do it,

Growing up is difficult and problems like yours are not uncommon. The best thing you can do is to be forward looking. Pick some short term goals and get them done. Try to eat a healthy diet, including taking fish oil which is a better remedy for depression than any prescription drug, and exercise <also better proven than prescriptions>. If you are not happy with the religion you have try reading about other religions around you and GOD will guide you to the right path

Trust me i ve bee there and i know that only GOD can help and take you out of that condition

Educate yourself spiritually read about monotheistic religions and see how you can implement it in your life

PS dont listen to the person who said get a boyfriend
boyfriend =more trouble, relax and when you get older you will have the right person you are still young for that
