I don't know, but I have been in the hospital many times for severe depression, and I recommend that as an alternative, or call up a crisis line and see if chatting with someone helps. There are also mobile crisis teams, where someone will come sit with you for a couple hours and do supportive listening/visiting until you feel better (often it is just a crisis for a few hours and you can settle down on your own without a hospitalization).
Many drugs will cause a very painful death or may wreck your health but not kill you, so a drug overdose isn't very good. And I am sure you have relatives or friends who love you and will miss you, even if you are too depressed to think that right now.

Considering your question is under the 'mental health' category I'm afraid you're thinking about harming yourself or one of your children. I took the liberty of reading some of your other questions and answers and see you have three children, a teen, a tween and a new baby.

It really worries me when I see a question like this. No 2 benadryl wont kille you but a whole bottle of pills would harm or kill anyone. Your liver isnt programed to filter this many medicines.
