ok. i know all these things are ridiculous. but i get scared of vampires, ghouls, zombies. everytime i see som1 in nighttime i almost scream. i even got scared of a scary elmo vid on youtube. (ELMO KNOWS WHERE YOU LIVE!!!) (ELMO IS WATCHING YOU!!!) i get really scared over all those ridiculous and stupid things but i can barely sleep at night because of them. i keep waking up in the middle of the night and thinking that there right behind me. is there any way to calm my nerves.? kuz i dont wanna be like this forever. my mom wacthes loads of scary movies and i like to annoy her so i have to watch them too. pwease hewp a widdle fwady cat =.(Health Question & Answer

Phobias can happen to everyone. You aren't alone! What is it that makes you scared of these "creatures-vampires.?" Are they hurting your or killing you, or are you afraid that they will..? Definately stop watching horrible movies, and seek some counseling.
