Question: How to tell my dad I think I'm depressed.?

I'm still not sure if I'm depressed, but I could be..

it's embarrassing to tell someone that, especially your own parents.. I mean my dad doesn't think I'm emotional at all because I've done a very good job at hiding my emotions

it could be that you are depressed you mom passed away that is very sad and then dad did not pet you so of course you can be depressed, but its ok to talk to him before it gets worse depression can develope into something that can ruin your whole life please get some help
