Hon, if you haven't been diagnosed by a mental health professional, then you can't know you're bipolar.

Mood swings are common to many people, and can be caused by any number of things, from hormones to our every-day lives not going just right. Just because a person has mood swings, doesn't necessarily mean they are bipolar.

If you are in school, you probably have a counselor there. You can ask him or her about free or low cost mental health services in your area. Most counties have mental health services for the public.

It's not stupid to cry... we all cry and we all have problems. Sending hugs and all best wishes. Please talk to your counselor or another adult you trust and respect.

Are you sure you're bipolar.? It sounds like just major depression. I'm not sure how old you are or if you're still in school but counselors at school are good to just let things out. Most any place that can help you is willing to work with you and help you with payments. You should have a local help hotline like a 211 number. Look around on the internet for things in your town or the phone book. An emergency number or help hotline should be right in the front of a phone book.

I really hope you find someone and some help. Keep your head up. (: Health Question & Answer

you could also call a help line that lets people just talk and i know its helped alot of people. Sometimes diet can play a role in how extreme the shifts in moods are and hormones but im sure you have already recognized it. Good LuckHealth Question & Answer
