For right now, a few solutions would be to take slow deep breaths. Tell yourself that the speech is now over and everything will be alright right now. Try taking a walk around the block or calling a friend to just listen. Meditation often helps some of my clients as well. I find the best way to calm my anxiety is to concentrate on the present instead of the future or past, for example if you have an apple by you then examine the apple, the colours, the texture. This may sound weird but it will bring you to the present and stop you worrying about the future(the speech). Once you have calmed down and reduce the anxiety think about the reason why you are worried about the speech and then imagine what you would tell a friend how to deal with it. We are much nicer to other people then to ourselves.
If you are worried about being nervous then remember even people with great confidence get nervous etc.

When I was going to college, I despised giving public speeches, so a friend suggested this to me, do not look in their faces, look over their heads at their hair, or see them sitting in the audience naked! LOL, trust me, it works. Don't psych yourself out about it. also, are you using any visual presentations.? Look at those then turn around looking at the top of their heads again.
