Question: I always catch myself.......?
hunching.

i can't keep my back straight.

when i get older, i guarantee that i'll be a hunchback. xP

my friend had the exact same problem... she went to a physiotherapist and he gave her a bunch of VERY SIMPLE excercises to help her with her back.. it helped her heaps! he also gave her a little tight "top" which pulled her neck back and pushed her higher back in... now when you look at her, it's like she never had the problem.. I'm still amazed!

I also remember one of the excercises... she'd stand in the door way and put her hands on both sides and push as hard she could and lean slightly forwards.... (or something similar to that lol) it wasn't very expensive either... try it out :)Health Question & Answer

Since you're already aware of it maybe look at some photos of people with curvature of the spine and see what could happen to you.
