The first thing to do is going to be the most difficult for you, and that is asking for help. The three most difficult words in the world "I Need Help".
Once you have made the decision to ask, and I feel you are halfway there already, else you would not have posted this question, you will know that there is someone there to listen. Pressures at school can be very difficult to deal with when there are already the added responsibilities that you are taking on board at home with your Mum not being well. There are lots of support agencies who may be able to help you once they know the situation, but these people are not mind readers, and they need to be made aware of the situation regarding you and your Mum asap. If you have a good head of year or Student counsellor, talk to them, that is what they are there for, and I hope that by talking to them in the first place, they should be able to get you the help you need. Good luckHealth Question & Answer

Talking to your school counsellor will almost certainly help you to feel a little better. Sometimes, when we feel burdened and overwhelmed by life, we can start to experience physical and emotional/mental symptoms - tiredness, loss of appetite, disrupted sleep patterns, weepiness, feeling sad, low, angry..)

Go to your GP for a check up, just to make sure there's no physical cause for your tiredness, and mention how you feel in general. But do also make arrangements to see your school counsellor and, if possible, talk to a trusted teacher.

Would you also feel comfortable talking to your mum.? Maybe she doesn't realise how you're feeling. Even if there isn't much she can do to change things right now, just knowing you've told her and that she understands what it's like for you can make a difference.Health Question & Answer

First, do tell someone, like your teacher or counselor or even another family member. Then ask another family member or maybe a neighbor if they could help with your mom. If you have a lot to d while your mom isn't well, then do things in parts. Do four chores here, three chores there, or whatever you have to do. Then, once you're done, reward yourself. Whenever I finish a book report or something, I reward myself with like a popsicle. And since school isn't helping, try talking to your teacher about work. Maybe she (or he) could put aside some less important things for you so you can study and work. And homework, o the dreaded homework, ask her about that, too. Maybe she could give you more time during the day to work on it. I've had this experience many times and that's always what I do about it. I hope this help at all :-)

I usually feel the same some weeks and some weeks i don't. I think its natural for teenagers. I don't know.. taking it that your a teen that is.
I think it's just a stage. Make sure you're getting plenty of sleep and eating properly to keep your energy up and if you're stressing that also leads to tiredness.. Just make sure you have some "me" time to wind down and do stuff you enjoy.Health Question & Answer
