just get away from the situation and get back your control, this is not easy when your used to letting it out

forgive yourself first, and accept this is a small flaw and just work on it slowly, admitting you have a issue with anger is the best thing to start with, you have and asked for advice.

There are a few things going on. You haven't effectively learned to cope with situations all along and built up a certain level of excess emotion, so it doesn't take as much to push you off the scale. You need to practice dealing with inoccuous situations without anger - like driving down the street - everyday. If you notice that feeling, short circuit it with logic and thinking. Please don't get mad at me reading this answer. Try to understand what i am going to tell you.

You have a very common psychological problem, 40 out of 100 people, have such problems. Don't worry. Just try to think positively, Find out the "point" of your getting angry. When you know that you are going to angry about something, you just tell yourself that "Calm Down" It's Not So Bad" & take 20seconds pause before you do/say anything.

You'll feel calm, If not then you should go to other place for few minutes and think about other peoples/sceneries or engage yourself in a video games. You can also Phone your friends(not boyfriend). Because you could ruin your relation at the moment. But If you talk to your friends, It probably won't happen.

These'll make you calm.

When you see something wrong, you just try to tell yourself that this could be much worse. So nothing to worry. It could be done by me(you) or my loving father/mother/friends.

THINK POSITIVELY.

You'll have a better life.
