Question: Why am I afraid of making friends..?
I'm very afraid of social interaction. I have sever social anxiety, I never go out in public unless I Absolutely have to. I've never had in friends before. I always think that people have negative feelings about me. I mind always says "man, that person is far too good to think highly of me." I always think people are grossed out when they look at me. I getting depressed of this loneliness. I'm a 19 year old guy. Don't say turn to family because they dumped me at age 18. I have no idea where they live anymore. Why was I born so screwed up. I there any hope for a cheerful life.

The online thing would be a good "self help" start. Tagged.com is pretty good in my opinion. The site has some cute features, is easy to navigate, and has members from around the world. You may also want to consider some therapy to get to the bottom of your anxiety.Health Question & Answer
Hey keep asking .?s here. it may not be social interaction but it gets you a response that you can learn from. next time you are out anywhere, you don't need to talk just smile and look people in the eye, wave at strangers or people that you don't know personally but see all the time, like the owner of a local shop. They may not turn out to be your friends but it is practice. It will build your confidence and although you don't get friends from this, it will help you to interact with other people. aspergers it may change your life to reasearch it and go and try to get yourself diagnosed its pretty common and my girl friends has it. please do research and find out if you do. it will change your life just to know "whats wrong with me.?"Health Question & Answer
