Question: How can i stop myself from eating so much/compulsive eating disorder help.?
i am struggling with a compulsive eating problem/disorder. can anyone give me some advice as to what i can do to control myself.? because i am sick of food controlling my life and i want to be healthy. i am like 50 lbs overweight so i want to start losing weight instead of wasting more time eating like a big pig. this has been with me for almost 2 years. please help i am desperate!Health Question & Answer

I think you should first analyze when and why you eat. Do you eat because it's a way to deal with stress.? Do you eat because it makes you feel better when you are sad/down.? What foods are you eating.? I believe these issues need to be address in to help you lose weight.

Losing weight is a combination of good diet and exercise. Start small and gradually increase your diet and workout regiments. For example, first start walking every other day, and gradually build it up to walking every day....and eventually to running to joining a gym. For your diet, I would do some research and gradually incorporate healthier foods into your daily diet.
