someone help me, im just feel like im not good enough, or not pretty enough and i dont the reason for it, my friends are worried about my and i dont want them to worry, i just need an answer! btw im not emo or suicidal or something like that, i just insult myself all the time, and that is o not good, i want every1 to stop worryingHealth Question & Answer

Hmm... by your writing i guessing your a teenager. In which case its probably because your growing. Faxt of the matter is that the vast majority of people go through that in their youth - even if they dont appear to be! I used to have major confidence issues and thought it was just me, now, 10 years later, I talk to the people who were confident and they all say they were equally worried and anxious! youre not alone! What you have to do to get over it IMO, is to shout positive messages at those voices in your head saying negative things, louder than they shout. Everytime you feel negative make a conscious effort of saying to yourself THAT ISNT TRUE; IM XYZ (positives). Eventually, theyll balance out. Thise sounds ridiculous, but affirmations do work! Sounds like hormones to me. Or it could be your age. When I was a teen, I used to have thoughts like this sometimes. I feel that it's related to hormonal changes in our bodies, as we are growing older. These are things that helped me to feel better back then:

1. Use a journal to write down thoughts and get them out
2. Exercise
3. Eat healthy, plenty of fruits an veggies and whole grains
4. Get involved! Join some clubs or sports or find hobbies to keep you busy. The busier you are, the less time you have to be sad!
5. Know that these thoughts are normal. Everyone goes through slight periods of depression
6. Take the time to look at your great qualities. Make a list of all of your positive traits. I bet you have a ton of them if you really think about it! If you want you can even ask friends and family to help you come up with your list. They can tell you some things they really like about you.Health Question & Answer

Maybe you need to feel "perfect" no one is..Do you have a quality you are happy with.? maybe humor, maybe kindness.? maybe pretty eyes.? Talk to yourself in the mirror to build your confidence up! Each and every morning find one nice thing and repeat it to yourself in the mirror!
Say something like this is going to be a nice day because the sun is shining, that makes my hair look so shinny also! Or that makes my eyes light up..Just tell yourself something nice about you each day a few times before the day starts it may help! I hope so..Health Question & Answer
