I think that me and my mom aren't close anymore i feel like things changed... I feel like she don't see me as the person she used to laugh w/ before and coz of that thoughts there's this strong feelings inside me, i can't explain but its heavy, i want to cry, i kinda feel empty, i dont know, i can't think straight.. wud that be depression.?Health Question & Answer

You are depressed of whats happening but not totally crazy-like depression. YOU ARE ONLY DEPRESSED OF WHATS HAPPENING AND NOT AS YOURSELF. Its natural that you will feel kinda empty knowing that youve been too close before with your mom and then suddenly things changes. Being SAD is natural until you dont know how to control it with MAKES YOU MORE DEPRESSED. Remeber TIME HEALS if you know how to handle things correctly. ITS OKAY TO CRY for a little time but crying for like months shows that you are really depressed. CRY with all your heart and after that think about a SOLUTION and DO IT. DONT JUST CRY and be depressed. HELP yourself. :) ITS ONLY YOU WHO CAN HELP YOURSELF, the people around you are only their to advise and help you understand things. it could be depression. they are also two different types of depression. I think you need to talk to a friend, your mother or find a way to deal with this and if you cant on your own, go to someone who can help. Sounds like depression. But that is a perfectly normal response when a loved one rejects us. Why do you think your mom is behaving this way.? Perhaps she is depressed about something as well.Health Question & Answer
