i can sleep if i exercise and work during the day. but there are definitely times when i need to take it, due to mania, high anxiety, depression, etc... i like the knockout feeling. as for the rest of my life, i Hope i don't need to depend it. i dont really know right now.
if you are worried about taking too much too often, research sleep hygiene. if you have healthy sleep habits, you probably won't need to take as much seroquel as with poor sleep habits.
my suggestion is just to be productive as possible during the day, and exercise. and you will not need a high dosage.Health Question & Answer
