I mean seriously.? Davis and the mother should both be punished, seeing something like this take place and not do anything about it until after the situation has had time to get worse is just as bad as being the one taking the physical action.

All three should be punished. Doing nothing is the same as committing the crime. I mean if they saw all of things happening why didn't they ever call the police.? Like if that was my baby there is no way in heaven of in hell that I would let someone hurt him. Then here is the real question, why would you continue to leave your child around someone that is hurting them. That sounds a little sketchy to me don't you think. What made her go to the hospital this time you know. Why come forward with all this facts when you haven't before.? Just plain sad. Some people should not have children, like really that shouldn't.
