Question: 2 questions i wanna ask..more sleep issues and crying.?
1. sometimes i when i can not get to sleep i start thinking bad stuff like if you do not sleep you well die or something like that then i start crying because i want to go to sleep but i can not go to sleep and if i think about it i well think " if my body wants me to go to sleep why won't it just to sleep already.?" why do you think my body won't go to sleep when am sleepy.?

2. when i cry why do i breathe out alot like gasping or sometimes i well cry so hard that i won't even make any sobbing noises or anything and sometimes when i start crying i can not stop...why is that.?

Answers:
Everyone has bad thoughts. When you are lying in bed, try making up stories in your head. Think of yourself in a really cool situation, like being a really great rock star, and let the story play out. You will be asleep within 5 mins. I do this all the time, usually imagine me living in a big house etc, decorating it, you know. Relax.

As for the crying, are you on your own.? If not seek out your parents or partner and talk. Turn on the tv and watch something funny.

EDIT: You need to talk to your parents. They are the ones who know you best and will be able to help you in a loving and safe way. I was like you when I was your age. I just found ways of coping.
