ok today i invited my friends over like any other night.... and we watched a movie... and before putting in the movie the tv was kinda blurry, then it ended and my mom came out, saw that the tv was blurry and started blaming me... suddenly yelled at me...then she grabbed my arm and i guess abused me in other ways... she nearly choked me and grabbed and threatened me... i dont live with her, my dad was in a trip and i didnt want him to stress out or worry.. and i was so scared... she told me to leave forever and says so many things... i thought she was about to commit suicide in front of me or even stab me with a knife... now i dont know what to do... she changed moods so fast...i cant take it.. she cant control herself...what do i do .? she begged for forgiveness but its not easy seeing ur fun and loving mom turning into a demon in the blink of an eye =/

Tell a teacher, neighbor, doctor, a professional. They will be obligated to call protective services who can investigate and help you. If they have to, PS will take you out of your home and place you with a relative if possible, or in a foster home if nothing else is available. But do tell someone. Your mother needs to get help. This is not your fault, but it's not something you can fix, either. It is incredibly difficult to have a parent who is battling mental illness. It sound like your mom loves you, but she can't be the mother you deserve. Please, please know that this isn't your fault in anyway.
