At low doses, such as 100mg, Seroquel has a sedating effect. In fact, this is a sub-therapeutic dose for alleviating any symptoms other than difficulty sleeping. Although it sounds counter-intuitive, a much higher dose would be more effective and would not make you tired.Health Question & Answer
