How can I die in my sleep?!

Question: How can I die in my sleep.?
Answers:
sleeping pills my friend. lots and lots of sleeping pillsHealth Question & Answer

You can't do it intentionally. Believe it or not doctors and the FDA restrict drugs that will kill you by overdosing and drifting off to sleep never to wake up. There are drugs that will do this, and I won't name them so I don't help you kill yourself, but you couldn't get you hands on them anyway unless you have unrestricted access to a hospital pharmacy that keeps drugs used for surgical procedures. All the stuff like sleeping pills and tranquilizers that are prescribed by modern medicine are mostly benzos and other drugs that you can't OD on. If you do die from these drugs it will be renal and hepatic failure which is very painful and slow, or by chocking on aspirated vomit which is not pleasant at all. Sorry, but you are just going to have to find a way to get over your problems because 9 times out of 10 suicide attempts fail.Health Question & Answer

I have heard of one person who went on a bean diet and became asphyxiated with his own bodily gases. Although, as to the accuracy of this tale I cannot be certain. Other ways people die in their sleep are usually because they become sick and their temperature can reach too high, this is not common among young people mainly senior citizens.Health Question & Answer

Weirdly speaking, some people die while asleep after they have a big meal especially pork. Happened in few people on this world i knew. This is including a young actor passed away a while ago.Health Question & Answer
