I agree with Jennifer about "redundancy". Having to repeat myself, too much information for simple things, being forced to talk about something that you've already made clear that you aren't comfortable talk about are all things that set me off.

I get anxiety from negative events in my life,
or when things don't go the way I plan.
I get anxiety when stuff goes wrong or when I feel overwhelmed.
Sometimes I feel trapped as well as lonely.

anxiety attacks can be serious. my wife suffers from them and some times when she has an attack, she don't even know why. or what caused it. but most times it's triggered from an event happening.
